Buffersales — Wrong parcel

I ordered combo of 3 denim shirts and my order no is OID120232 and I did not found the product which I ordered. I paid full amount of the product of rs 1099/-. Kindly take appropriate action against them. I don't want this product. I want my money back as I am not satisfied with the product.
Please resolve my complaint and This is not acceptable.
I have also mailed but did not received any further information regarding my issue.
