Buffersales — Wrong product

I mr. Rahul dubey i was purchased 5 cotton shirt trough buffer sales.com (E. Commerce) worth rs-999 /- against order no - 0id134171. But i was got wrong product. Then i shoot a mail to them for return the same. But till now there is no response. So please look in to the matter
