Buffersales — Wrong product sent & not coming to pick up the product

I have ordered Stylish partywear Denim Shirts on 19.05.2016. My order no. is OID112303. But the shirts received in delivery are not as per my order. It is not demin shirt which i ordered. It is some other brand.

I called on your customer care number. Some Mr. Abhishek picked up the call & said the executive will come & collect the product but now 8 days have passed no one has come to picked up the product.

Now I am trying all the numbers mentioned in the customer care page of BufferSales site. Bit some of the numbers are just ringing, some are continuously busy & some are not working.

I request you to look into the matter & help me out in getting right product which I ordered & if product is not available then in refunding my money. My contact details are appended below.
