Builder Plot J-5/15, Dlf Phase-2 — illegal construction

Address: J-5/15, Park drive lane, Dlf Phase-2, 122008

I am talking about plot situated in j block 5/15, dlf phase-2. After getting oc from mcg 30% building is constructed illegally from inside.
Moreover this builder has shifted electricity pole also. That's not concern.
But the illegal construction is main concern.
Please take positive steps as builder is finishing this project fast to sell floor wise. He has constructed four floors all floors had illegal construction.
