Well I have invested 55.2 lakh with AN Buildwell in their Manesar Project at Rs 5520 psf. Based on the agreement I am liable to pay stamp duty and lease deed of Rs 100 psf during registration, a notice of for the same I have received now. But to my and may be everybody else's surprise they are charging around Rs 6, 30, 000 for electricity wiring, WTC charges, interest free maintenance security etc.
I am planning to move state commission regarding the same, if anybody else knows a group—taking action against spire-edge manesar (office space), please let me know.
To my wildest fantasy even if i submit to what they are saying; its a complete fraud as how can you charge electricity and maintenance charges for "SUPER AREA" in their language. Was this information helpful? |
