I had purchased a villa from Desai Homes in April 2009, the project is DD Silver Stone and my villa number is 11. As per the terms of the agreement the handed over to us by September 2012. We have paid all the monies taken bank loan etc which I'm paying the interest for the past 3 years. we have contacted the builder for the possesion and handover the property but unfortunately they are refusing us to take the possesion of the property because of a new rule had come in last year of implementing sale tax which was never in the original agreement.
The builder now want us to deposit this money in their bank account to release the posseion of the property. There is no documentary evidence to provide the customers that this to be paid to government.
Please look in to this matter that I have paid about 70,00000 to the builder of which I had taken 35,00000 as bank loan which I'm paying the bank interest for the past 3 years.
