JMR ROSe is run by few Stupids and everyone calling themselves as Managing Directors all are illeterates that they cant sell their own project , Few Observations where you dont get convinced by Marketing people for IT people RENT , NO IT guy will come and reside because of the below .
One who wants to buy this flat can buy for 18 lakhs, nothing more than that is worth it .
1) JMR ROSE is in a SLUM AREA ( Low class people can survive with Tanker lorry , Because water is taken from other flat to survive this flat as of now , They say two bore wells , but no crap )
2) NO Approval has been taken BDA Development Plan Approval.
3) No Approval from KSPCB Approval
4) They tell it is panchayat khata then why the Price is so high.
4) Not sure they have atleast Building Plan Approval ( Might be illegal)
5) They say all amenities ( No swimming full, Only common area power backup that too not sure ,no track to walk also , very congested , )
6) They say it is common walls ( If this is called common walls of 2 feet, not sure what it called )
7) illegal Pent house
8) No krishna water ,
