Bupa is fraud company. I have taken a policy for a sum assured last year and don't have any claim as on date. At the time of renewing the second year policy, i was shocked that premium was increased from the base cost without intimating me. While contacting the customer cell, they told me in written that they have already intimating me and forwarded me an enclosure. After going through their enclosure i found that it is a common mail addressing about macro environment not to my policy specific or neither addressed by policy holder name or number.
