Bureau Of Indian Standards — Non functioning of ATM installed at Hauz Khas metro station

Sir, Many time i have found the atm installed at huz khas metro station in non functional. During withdrawal of money, it is showing "Transaction is Under Process" but after some time it shows that "Time Out'. I am a regular traveler in the Metro but i have never seen any person any day who have withdrawn money from that ATM. Every day different peoples are wasting there times in the ATM for money transaction which is as usual cannot be processed. Therefore, it is requested to SBI bank whether you please make it functional of kindly get it removed from Metro Station because it unnecessary wasting the precious time of peoples and misguiding.
