Bus Facilities — bus facilities

I was traveling with shivashahi from Amaravati to Nagpur on 17/02/2019 21:28:29 bus no. L 9295 . I found facilities were not provided as it should be in ideal scenario like charging facility were denied .
I think special buses like shivashahi are made for passengers convinent and according they pay the extra changes as well . Mean while, the conducter were not treating passengers properly.

I think, if State travel provide specifical buses like shivashahi customer pays according and appears for all facilities allowed by state travel.

I request to please note this issue nd make the state travel better .
