[Resolved]  Sezal Glass Ltd — Nonpayment for FD maturity & intt. for delayed payment

Dear Sir/Madam

My son AMIT SHRIKANT GUDADHE had a FD (FDR No. 1365) with Sezal Glass Ltd. On maturity in Feb., 2013, we had requested for redemption. In spite of many promises by Company staff (includg Asstt Company Secretary Jigna Bosamiya) & their registrar (Link Intime, Mumbai) & our follow-up through emails/phone calls, we haven't received refund of FD maturity amount & intt. for delayed payment till date.

Requiest you to please take up this matter with the Company for early resolution.
