The Administrator o[censored]TI issued a incorrect cheque no. 745823 for Rs. 13439.50/= on[protected] against CGGF 86/4UTS0016341 by mentioning incorrect bank name as NATIONAL BANK instead of 'NAINITAL BANK' I returned the same cheque on 8 JUNE 2004 but till date no information received. Now I request to the concerned authorities through your platform to issue me the revised cheque. the details of my Bank are as under:-
