Above mentioned water and sanitary connection has been provide to me w.e.f. 2-8- 2014.The details of meter reading and the amount billed from the date of providing connection is furnished below.

It is very clear from the water consumption pattern that the meter is giving totally different reading with huge variation every month. There is no match or consistency in consumption pattern every month even though in my building number of persons and consumption water never changed. That to the variation is between 25000 kl to 45000kl which is unimaginable.
This fact was brought to your notice every time since from third month. Every time I was given the reply that problem may be with the Underground Sump. This was checked several times and sump is perfectly O.K. There is not an iota of leakage.
You may be very well aware that the water supply is erratic every time. Often water force was unimaginably high and less rarely. Whenever the force of water was high the meter records the reading more than the double of normal reading. This was brought to your notice several occasions. But no action has been taken. Due to non-functioning of meter unnecessarily I have been billed heavily.
Hence I request you to kindly check the meter and take early action to replace the meter and also revise the bills.
