BWSSB — Bill Amount paid online - But showing as not paid

I've paid Kaveri Water bill (Apr-2015 / E[protected] for amount Rs.940 through NET BANKING ON[protected] and the amount got deducted from my bank. But on BWSSB website it is showing as NOT PAID. Note: I always pay Kaveri bills through internet banking only but never faced this problem. METER NUMBER: E-202784. Regards, B V Varaprasad
