We have paid Bangalore One Water bill Payments > BWSSB Twice on 09th Sep 2015(refer details below). The amount is not adjusted by the BWSSB Authorities in my this month billing.. my Consumer number BWSSB 13838

If I have made excess payment in Bangalore One - Either it must get Refund / It must be adjusted in BWSSB Bill..

This is a serious problem and I trust Bangalore One Authorities will help me to this Problem

Paid the bill twice.previous months payment not reflecting in this month's bill

This month's bill includes the previous months bill too. And as a result of this, I paid the amount twice.
