[Resolved]  BWSSB — Bill generation not on time

Hi, The person coming for generating bill, does not come on correct date and generated bill without checking meter. He comes close to due date and hence we cannot pay bill on time. This month in the arrears last months amount was reflecting when i had already paid the bill. Can someone attend the phone calls for the BWSSB complaints?
