[Resolved]  BWSSB — DRAINAGE PROBLEM

Sir/Madam, I am Suresh Babu resident of 1441, EWS 3rd phase, Sanitary core, B sector, Yelahanka New Town, Bangalore – 64. There is a Sewage Blockage problem in my locality for the past several months. Every time the sewage line gets blocked the sewage waste comes out of the sewage chamber in front of my house. BWSSB staff cleares the block temporarily after 15-20 days of lodgement of complaint. Now I request your intervention into the problem to get a permanent solution. I kindly request you to inspect the area and find who is at fault and what can be done for a healthy and hygiene environment. This problem is creating major hygienic problem in the area and mosquitoes are breeding around the area due to sewage wastes flowing on the road.
