BWSSB — Faulty Meter and low flow

Location: 18, Palmgrove Road, Victoria Layout, Austin Town Bangalore 560047 We could not use Kaveri water for the last one month since the pump had failed and we had to provide a new pump which took that long.We were using bore well water as a substitute. The valve on the inlet line of Kaveri supply was kept closed. Despite this we got a big bill which we paid to avoid disconnection.
