[Resolved] BWSSB — Illegal usage of borewell water for commercial purposes

Dear Sir, We are living in Lakshmi Layout Arekere, Bangalore from the past 10 years. Since there was no corporation water in this area, We have been using borewell water for our domestic purposes. We had a good supply of water from our borewell all these years. Recently one of the neighbouring people who have dug borewell in their premises have started selling borewell water in tankers. We see a large number of trucks carrying water from their place everyday. Since then, the borewell in our residence has begun to dry up. Is it not illegal to sell borewell water in such manner? Underground water is not anybody's personal property that can be sold like this. Hence we want to complain about this matter to you so that suitable action may be taken on this issue. The address where this activity is carried out is: No.318, 5th Main Road, Lakshmi Layout, Arekere, Bangalore. I request you to kindly take action against the people who are doing this and oblige. Respected sir,
this complaint is from okhla
phase-II of manav
kalyan
vihar
camp. Recently one of the
neighbouring people who have dug borewell

selling borewell

are taking 24 hours water from there
and then they are selling privately in okhla
ph-2
area. Underground water is not anybody's
personal property that can be sold like this. Hence we want to complain about this matter to you so
that suitable action may be taken on this issue.

I am a resident of Balidih(jharkhand). My neighbour use his bore well for commercial purpose. He supplied water around 15 km area due to this my hand pump did not get water.
