I am not getting the water bill for more than 2 months.
I checked online its showing the bill more than 2500 Rs. But meter reading column shows "Gate closed".
I am not closing my gate but for the past two months I am not getting the bill.
I have contacted the customer care and they provided me the mobile number of the person who is taking the meter reading (Venkad, [protected]). I called to the person but no action taken.
Please do the needful.
