When I try to pay the BWSSB Water Bill for Feb 2022, through online using various channels of payment including Karnataka government one, it says it is already paid - showing the Bill of previous main. This is due to the non-updation of the current water bill into online by BWSSB. I am afraid that I may have to visit the kiosk and stand in queue for the payment, despite my health issues. My RR No.is N-310528, as the bill issued on 9th Feb has to be paid before 19th Feb.

RR NO:- S-455595 we have paid bill in August 2022 but it's not reflecting for water line mans it seems they are saying bill is due only . In phone pay and google pay also it's not reflecting please resolve my complaint as soon has possible.

The above said bill is not showing in online Bill Detail. So I could not pay the bill through online mode. Last month also I have made a compliant regarding this. This month also I am facing the same problem.
Kindly look into the matter immediately.
