[Resolved]  BWSSB — Repeated wrong cauvery billing even after complaining

Even though the cauvery installments were paid completely along with monthly bill, it was getting added again and again. Had already visited BWSSB office thrice with all the documents, letter and complaint written and accepted. Every time it was corrected and promised it will not happen in next month. But in vain no action was taken. If we call, they ask us to come to office. How are we supposed to go each & every month and complain about it? Is there any way where we can complain about it and action will be taken. Ramamurthy Nagar Bangalore
