BWSSB — RR no 313887- Sub-div S-4 Gate locked- No meter reading.

Dear sir/Madam, I am residing at House no 1343, 7th Sector H S R Layout, Bangalore 560102. (Sub Division S-4, RR No 313887). For the last 3 months (from Mar to Jun 2015) I am getting the water bill for Rs 234.00 & it is mentioned as Gate locked. But the gate was locked only in the month of Apr 2015.
