in my house only myself, wife and kid is staying but i have paid Rs.13, 165/- for last 5 month bill amount for 3 people consumption.
1. GBWASP deposit
I have paid GBWASP deposit of Rs.8000/- paid at the time of getting connection but i am receiving the bill with same charges again. When i approached BWSSB office, they have asked to submit the syndicate bank receipt, after submitting the same even after 6 months it is not rectified, still i am paying this GBWASP charges every month in the bill.
2. Faulty meter and excess water recording:
Our water meter started recording[protected] liters per month (our usual consumption will be with in 20000 liters per month, after long follow-up for months and abnormal bill payments, we got our meter changed from BWSSB office but again meter reader has come this month and recorded as a suspected meter and charged higher bill amount, my wife tried to get it corrected but couldn't succeed in the BWSSB office. After changing the meter our consumption has reduced to below 20000 liters per month but BWSSB office is playing game. Was this information helpful? |
