BWSSB — Sewage waste overflowing to strom water drain and stagnating

Koramangala 2nd Block, 2nd Cross, Opp. Kendriya Sadan Building. The entire sewage pipe is damaged and constantly the are chocked / blocked / overflowing / and many times the sewage waste flowing and occouping the entire strech of strom water drains causing misery, nausea, unbearable smell, mosquito breeding. We are not able to stand in front of our houses and open the window. The smell is occouping the entire house and we are unable to eat and drink peacefully. We have made several complaint and were told that a work order is ready to replace the pipe line but till date no work . WHEN WE WANT TO COMPLAIN IN BWSSB WEB SITE : THE COMPLAINT IS NOT REGISTERED SAYING WRONG RR NUMBER, HOWEVER WHILE PAYING BILLS THE SAME NUMBER IS ACCEPTED????
