sir, this is my 2nd complaint regarding sewage overflow in frount of my house. i dont know what the municipal department is doing with these sought of problems, but m totally fed up now just because of this inconvinience, which i was facing from the last 10 - 15 years.
i kindly request you to do a proper remedy as i dont wana make such complaints again n again. and actually i dont have such time to make complaints and visit at your place again and again.
do the needfull s soon as possible.

Sir,

We have instructions from our client Mr. Manmeet Panigrahi to bring to you the aforesaid facts:

(1) Our client had bought the subject car from your dealership manufacturer Ford India, at the time of purchase I was forced to insure my car with IIFCO TOKIO. I was told they are Ford India’s preferred insurer.

(2) Unprecedented rains in Bengaluru on June 10th 2009 led to the breakdown of his car.

(3) The car had knee deep water and my client & his wife were stranded late evening on June 10th 2009. The car had its seat & interiors flooded and substantially damaged. There were fumes from the car engine as well.

(4) You as the authorized dealer reported that apart from other repairs the engine had been damaged & needed overhauling. The car had done three thousand kilometers as on that day.

(5) As the authorized dealer you must be aware of the life of a new sealed engine that has done three thousand kilometers. You must also be aware that changing the connecting rods by opening the engine does not restore the car back to the state it was in before it was damaged. As a responsible dealer instead of advising a replacement of the engine with a new sealed engine you have advised engine repair which is not fair to my client. Your action amounts to deficiency of service making you and your principals Ford India liable under the MRTP Act and the Consumer Protection Act.

(6) It seems that you have not taken your principals Ford India into confidence. We are sure a company of Ford’s repute could not advice in this manner.

(7) It seems your action is tutored by the company IFFCO TOKIO which covered my client’s insurance. This is probably because the insurer wants to give the least amount of money for the repairs. We will deal with the insurer separately, however we feel that your action is not becoming of a dealer of such a highly reputed company like Ford.

(8) We therefore put you a notice to make amends and advice the insurer accordingly so that the engine assembly be changed with a new one forthwith.

(9) We would also indicate the displeasure of our client in your service back up as well as dealing with this crisis. The car had water inside till the 10th day when our clients inspected the car.

(10) The insurer also has been lackadaisical and deficient in their service; making them liable as well as your preferred insurer.

(11) If this is not done within a period of 7 days from receipt of this notice we shall advice our clients to move the Appropriate Forum in New Delhi. You and Ford India shall be liable for the cost & damages.

Dear Sir,
I am resident of Raza Appartment Zakir nagar Lane no.20-A, Category F Ward okhla, around that place no sweeper comes to discharge his duties, Sewer in that Lane has been chocked and its rainy season water logging can be seen around we have been taking services of free lance personnel they charge exorbitant, and say that they have tie up with MCD officials and give share from bargained amount. Condition of roads also very poor, i have never seen single MCD official to visit and inspect the place,
It is therefore requested to Please arrnge to provide the basic facilities .

This is to bring in KIND NOTICE that I Rahul Kumar is a resident of 160, Ashoka Encleve Main, Sector 35, Faridabad from the last 15 - 16 years.. I have been facing sewage problem since then..
Now the situation is this that we feel ashame of inviting our relatives or friends to our premises as its full like HELL in here.. All the sewage is on the road, which provides us with foul smell and non-eco friendly enviroment from the last 15 days.. I personally made several complaints regarding this but no proper action have been taken yet..
I request to the higher authorities to look into the matter and do the need full to us, so that we can live in a eco-friendly enviroment. I am making this complaint on behalf of all the residents of Ashoka Enclave Main.
please look into the matter as soon as possible.

Mine is a love marriage. I got married in 11th feb'1987. She is a BDS by qualification and that time i was only DME, worked for a very good TVS company known for its auto electricals. I ave taken a money back policy in her name for Rs.100000 by preponing one year.Inthe mean time her younger brother had gone to the US.In 1990, I got my first daughter.

In 1991 Jan, I have shifted my job to a useless company making Heavy Vehicles in ennore, who is not practising any good systems left by the Europeans and most of executives spend 90% of time there. I have got my 2nd daughter in 1992.

In the mean time i got money from my father by selling my ancestral property to get a Plot. I have bought the plot by paying Rs.92, 000/- to one Mr.Padmanabhan, Manager of SBI as instructed by my estranged wife. I have paid a cheque for Rs.47, 000 in her father's name to pay thecash to the Padmanabhan. My estranged wife has forced me to buy the plot in her name and i have also bought it to avoid her torture in day today life and she convinced me that it is easier for her to get a VISA to go to US for higher studies, if it is in her Name. I have paid Rs.50, 000/- from my chit amount to aquire a place for her clinic.

I have taken Housing loans from HDFC & LICHF by inflating her income to Rs.7, 500/- per month although she is not earning even Rs.1200/ per month.

In 1995 Dec. she ran away with all documents of the house, My&her belongings and with my children.
As the above lady tried to sell the property instead of registering in my children's name, by giving ads thro another broker advocate, we have filed the cases.
Two Cases, A suit for the property & Restitution of Conjugal Rights has been handed over to one R.S.Ramanathan and his wife UMA Ramanathan. We filed the house suit for only 50% of partition of property as advised by the above Ramanathan. A seperate case for Guardians right to get the children was also filed in High Court. The lawer has forced us to pay Rs.15, 000/- the next day informing us that he has to pay the amount to High Court. and he he has taken another Rs.8, 500/-afterwards.

But to our surprise, the above two advocates
1. have not filed the suit in the High Court.
2. have not Paid any amount back.
3. have not even paid the Bata for the childrens custody case in High court.
4. have asked for adjournment even when there is no representation from the opposite side and failed to give petition to the Judge as he has promised in the court.Hence the Judge dismissed the case.
5. Due to the above the opposite party has sold the property within a month.
6. Never tried to even file a petition for even visiting rights & whenever asked the judge of family court even never allowing me to see the children.
7. Now my estranged wife is roaming around all and sundries and especially with a muslim boy who is a relative of a petrol bunk owner.
8. Now she is not practicing and leading a wayward life with all & sundries. My children had been not send to school from 20th Dec'2000 to April'2002, becuse she was hiding during that period. She had given a false certificate to the court after 6months that the Children has been studying in St.Patricks Convent, Gandhinagar, Adyar, Chennai. When I have checked up with the School the principal has informed myself & My friend Dr.M.S.Rajan that the lady has cheated by taking a certificate.
9. She had been arrested twice on IPC 406&420 and has been in Saidapet Sub-jail for more than 30 days as she had cheated many people by borrowing money. The children were left with strangers that time. I fear that my children may also be introduced to Prostitution.
10. Now she had given a certificate that the children are studying in KUMARA RANI MEENA MUTHIAH MATRICULATION SCHOOL, Adyar.
10. I have informed the Learned Family Court Judge about everything but in vain.
11. My latest advocate was a scecretary in Women Lawers association who is also supporting the opposite indirectly.
12. Her Husband is also not acting in the suit and indirectly supporting the Opposite.
13. My latest lawers also has taken a sum of Rs.15, 000/ as fees.
14. Lawers are the only community who doesnot accept the fees thro cheque and never give a receipt.

Kindly Advise me the further course of action that i have to take.

Dear Friend

Frankly you have gone through a long ordeal and you feel sullen, bruised and hurt.

Natural that is but at this point you wont be able to do much in the most corrupt justice system of the world that is India. India justice system is the worst of the worst one can ever think of - even worse than Russia, African countries and Latin America.

The circumstances you mention you should let her go with whatever she took and start a new life.
It is never late.

You will never ever be able to get anything out of this whole dispute. She is gone and you should not force.

Protect what you have and start a new life possibly in a new environment.
That is the best you can do.

You may report to the police but they will also extort funds out of you.

Greetings for the day.

I am a practicing lawyer at Delhi and am residing at the address given below. An undated and partially filed in slip way left at my residence on 4.10.2009 by your executive. Prior to doing so, he flatly refused to deliver the courier to either my son or daughter available at home.

The airway bill contained incorrectly mentioned. Your website and customer care executive on # 66111234 confirmed it. Subsequently after repeated efforts by son he could obtain correct airway bill number.

Yesterday i.e. 7.10.2008 afternoon, your executive came again and refused to hand over parcel to any of my family members including my wife and demanded my ID proof. Since I was away for work, I spoke to him on telephone and requested him to hand over to my family. He insisted on my ID proof. On my enquiry from him as to why such requirement for taking delivery was not mentioned in your slip left on 4.10.2009 and nor such intimation was given, he had no answer. He said that he has already come four times, whereas he came on 4th and 7th October and he refused to deliver.

The website shows that the consignee is not available, whereas I am available. Misrepresentations are made by your company for the reasons unknown to me. There is no mention of ID requirement in the two slips left at my residence.

I am pained by conduct of your executives. You may like to look into it. Awaiting your response.

At the time of purchase I received No.21 Catarage without box. I received it in sealed cover.

I learnt that the said your Authorized Distributer is very very cheater and some cases are pending in Consumer Forum, Nellore

Your Distributer is doing very Big advertisements with your H.P name in City through News Paper, Local T.V, Magines, Big Hordings. Please take necessary action on him and save your Company Good Name.
