Hello Guys, Aforeserve is Fraud Company, Don't Buy HP Products, Aforeserve will shut down HP company soon by providing poor quality services .
I have HP Pavillion Laptop with 3 year warranty .

First thing is Keyboard has been approved for replacement when Support agent visited On site When Support agent replaced keyboard then he checked one key is not there which product has been ordered, and Support agent told...

My printer neither printing nor copying & always shows a message on screen that either paper jam or insufficient paper in lower tray...As the authorised hp service centre we had submitted our device to aforeserve on 24/june 2015...& asked repeatedly about its status...Till 30th june--after 7days of product submission ...----answer from aforeserve is ---its under diagnostic test ...What are they looking into for last 7 days...?

One fine day I received a call from an call executive from Aforeserve about extending warranty of HP laptop. They seemed to have all the details of my laptop and so I believed them.

I made a payment of 5, 500/- to them on 9-5-2009 with receipt no. ACL/Sales/CA01/2009-10. Its been a month now but I have not yet received the warranty certificate.

I called up HP for help ans they confirmed that they have not yet...
