We bought a patient monitor from Mr. Sadanand Maddi, who is the distributor of
medical monitors manufactured from Akas Medicals ( www.akasmedical.com).(20th Jan 2013). They have supplied the monitor which appears to be refurbished and they have refused to pay the bill, warranty card and the operative manual.
