Hi,

Below mention is my continuous mails to datawind support team regarding malfunctioning of screen of my akash tablet 7C+, but i am getting no response from them.

Kindly suggest how to replace this 10 days old Malfunctioning tablet...

I have booked thee akash tab in november 2011. A cheque was sent by me on september 2012 as I got a mail from DATAWIND saying that the delivery would be done in 6weeks after thee payment is received. The payment was credited to theeir account on 1st of october 2012.As on Feb 10th I get a mail from thee DATAWIND saying that the amount has not debited to the account. I had Booked The akash Tablet On 7th July 2012 and had paid the amount to them by DD! They gave me the booking ID number and told me that they will send the akash tablet soon! Four months from then, we didn't receive the tablet! We Emailed them time and again, and they told us they will send and we should keep patience! After 5 months they told us that the NEW AKASH TABLET is in the market and is better then the old one! They recommended...

This is to inform you that I Booked my Ubislate in the month of April,2012 at http://www.akashtablet.com/ , the amount of Rs.2999, through Cheque Number 864205, dated 05.04.2012, was debited from my account on 13.04.2012.
My Booking ID is PM5752C , the company in their mail assured me that tablet would be delivered in early July..but as of now no communication regarding delivery o[censored]bislate has been received...

Respected sir /mam,
I have booked newly launched aakash tablet on 16 DEC 2011 and they send me a confirmation mail which i have pasted above. they have said to deliver the product in 7 days after booking. but there is no response from the company. and there helpline no.[protected] is also not working . i have booked it on their site www.datawind.com.
