personal amla oil and protein powder promo pack

On 6th june 2018 i received my amway box. I ordered many things including all planthe protein powder with promo pack, be bright day cream and night cream, attitude clear active pimple prone oily skin, 2 biotin cherry plus and an amla oil. But in the morning when i opened it, amla oil and promo pack of protein powder were unavailable but money had been paid through online. And in list money had been taken from my bank account but we didn'the received our amla oil and promo pack. Our money is in loss.

The protein powder when added in milk gives fizzy appearance like an aerated drink and exhibits a bubbling sound. The product has not expired. Seems as i[censored]nhealthy to consume. The experts are called in for justification. Incase the product does not comply with the laid nutrition standards, it needs to be scrapped off. Earlier the shake thus prepared out of milk and amway powder did not give any such appearance but after the incident, it...

I am really disappointed about the way things are going on in Amway, a company where I believed things are transparent and justified. I am still hoping to get the trust back which has been shattered horribly. I am still hoping that someone would take this seriously and lend ears to my concerns. I have no idea if I will get a resolution to the below-mentioned concerns however i won't give up because this has been taught to me by my mom being in Amway since last 12 years and I will fight for all the clarifications and necessary actions required.
So this is regarding these ABO nos. involved-
Kunika Tripathi - 4519421
Sangita Tripathi (Kunika's former upline and mother[protected]
Prabha Singh Chauhan (Sangita's former upline[protected]
I would like to draw the attention towards mentioned topics:
1. I have been calling customer care [protected], number of times and have hardly seen any proper response, the executives have been hanging up abruptly. They are not caring for the customers, they don't have the patience to listen to the customers. It's pathetic, I think Amway should look for a different vendor to cope up the quality of their service equivalent to their products.Well, it says that it is toll-free, wherein I have been charged every time when I call this number. Again horrible.
2. When I was a kid, the fundamental rules said that your upline will never think bad about you and the situation my mom has gone through does not showcase a bit of it even. My mom has given her blood and sweat to get this Amway thing done since years, she treated her group like her family, unlike Mrs.Chauhan who tried all her wicked tips and tricks to snatch my mom's downlines as her direct downlines and I can prove it.
My mom was not very active because of her health issues and due to dad's retirement that made her shift to our native place in U.P. wherein her whole group was majorly in M.P.
She was changed into a PC, wherein when I enquired about the same I got to know the reasons for it and I am well convinced with it but parallelly it was also said that there was a message conveyed to everyone in order to necessary actions to prevent getting converted into a PC.
Well, there was no information conveyed by Mrs.Chauhan to my mom about it, because I hope everyone understands that if she was continuing since long 11 years why she would not do a single thing to prevent her group?
The attitude of Mrs.Chauhan is understood, I would like to get a proof that how was it conveyed to others? via SMS/ email or what? because I never received any information about it and I never changed my mobile number even, so that's sure that there was no SMS sent.
3. I would like to get the reasons for getting an ABO converted to PC in black and white, and the dates mentioned ABOs turned into PC. Apologies but I have lost trust in any verbal communication.
4. As far as I know and the reasons stated by PUC staff in Indore, I made almost 8 purchases in since Jan 2017 until March 2018, still I was converted into a PC, I have no clue why it has happened, whereas it also gets me a picture that there are no concrete conditions for an ABO to get converted into PC, it may totally depend on Amway's mood. ( i don't know if I need to be wise at this)
5. I had no clue about my distributorship being converted into a PC, I got to know about it when I was willing to make someone join Amway as my downline in March 2018 and I was unable to do it and here goes the surprise from Mrs.Chauhan that your ID has been changed to PC(Wow, I am amazed). Still, Mrs.Chauhan said that she will get it activated(so sweet of her) but she never stated that my upline(my mom) is not an ABO now, she is a pity PC, the results of her biggest wellwisher - Mrs. Chauhan, who never took a pain to inform this to my mom, because this is what all she wanted.
So Mrs.Chauhan activated me by making me join Amway as a new ABO please refer ABO no.13693137, i don't know why she did this, but it shows that her intentions were not right, maybe she never wanted me to know that now she is my upline since days or months and my mom is no more active in the system.(Isn't it lame?)
She asked me for all my documents and submitted it at Bhopal Amway office, well, I need to understand that if she has done this, who has signed my documents without my consent of joining as a new ABo. She kept me blindfolded and forged my signature, this is absolutely illegal. I need a legal action towards this because I believe Amway has some principles and this lady has breached them. -here it is proved that she always wanted to drag my mom's downlines to be hers.
6. I can't get my old ABO profile updated with my correct Aadhar no and email address because it has already been used by Mrs. Chauhan for 13693137, for which I have applied for resignation from.
7. I am really excited to know how much money has been generated till date to both the accounts (2865747 and 4519421) because I have not received a single penny till date. I understand earlier Amway used to issue cheque but if the cheque has not been encashed where did my money go?
I asked customer care executives, the staff at Indore PUC and they had no reply to it. I mean, such a huge international company Amway does not know where their money goes. It would be grateful to know that how much money was generated to these accounts and where is that money if there were no bank details updated.
8.It's really funny to see the way Amway.in works. every time i login to my account or my mom's account it asks me to generate a password and then the temporary password works as a permanent and does not ask to change the password - [protected]@123. I don't know if the web developer vendor of Amway knows the meaning of word 'password'.
I was very naive towards the advance website of Amway and was unable to opt for 'Convert to ABO' for my mom to convert her to an ABo, so was the customer care executives and Indore PUC staff. I have made number of trips to Indore PUC to get this done, however I got to know, the same is the staff at Indore PUC, they had no rat's clue towards the process and the lame excuse that comes up is ' Ma'am we don't do this frequently so we don't know but it has to be done online only'. Isn't it great? because anyway, the customer care guys will bang the phone on your face when you ask such procedures.
Eventually, I did it on my own, so ideally it should generate a PDF, sent to an email as well when it happens? I don't know because it has never got generated in my case and for submitting the documents, I again wasted a trip to PUC, where I got a response stating ask your mom's upline to get it for you or check the email.
Well I showed my mom's inbox with no such email or PDF and now the staff was like ' we cannot do anything' (seriously?) - so here it is proved that Amway may skip sending emails for PDFs or distributorship inactivation !!
9. I am great to know that for converting to ABO, we need these documents: ID proof, Address proof and Bank Passbook first page copy OR Cancelled bank cheque. (please correct me if I am wrong) because when I was uploading the documents, the website does not understand the difference, that's irritating. My parents stay 1700 kms away in an interior village and it's really hard for me to get the documents again and again. Does Amway understands the pain?? - refer attachments.
After getting the PDF sent by the updated sponsoring upline Mr.Awadhesh Dwivedi, I was surprised, even after updating all the details online with the supporting documents, the PDF has the same old address (again wow). Well, I submitted the PDF and docs on 26/03/2018 and applied for resignation too on the same date from 13693137 and the staff assured me to give an update about it since date there's no response except some ticket numbers coming to my inbox with no clarification related to what it is. The staff never informed anything since then.
Can we please look into this pity communication issues? It matters to an ABO who has been slogging for a decade. This is ridiculous to know such face of Amway.
Devils lies in Details, please fix them and help me.

intentionally not delivery of product by your amzagent (8521573981)
Pl refer my order no.3153 for amway nutrilite glocosamine hcl with boswellia-120n.
On receiving sms from the company for delivery today i was waiting for the same. At 5.23pm i received cal from amzagent from mobile no. [protected] and i explained about direction to reach my house. He was near to my house. I was waiting for him. Suddenly at 5.52pm i received sms as under-
"we could not deliver amway nutrilite glucosamine hcl with - as we coud not contact you on phone. Re-attempt on next working day."
This was totally false. He has not contacted me after 5.23pm. Then i called him on his mobie at 5.58pm, 5.59pm but his phone was busy. Again i called him at 6.01pm and surprisingly he told that he could not trace my house. This act of your agent can be treated as harassment as i was waiting leaving all my urgent work.

Consumers Be ALERT, don't get carried away by false claims of AMWAY BUSINESS OWNERS for their products.
I was using this bottle of "Amway Persona 100% pure coconut Oil" since a long time, recently when I poured few drops in my hand, found some brownish liquid coming along with oil. So I opened the top foil seal further and used a flashlight to check inside bottle and I could see some amount of brown liquid. I poured out the clean oil on top in a container and then poured the remaining dirty oil in another and made the video. Oil is not supposed to deteriorate.
Amway claims it is 100% pure coconut oil as printed on product. However in my personal opinion they are misleading customers, the products are expensive and not upto the mark. I will keep the dirty oil till I get it tested from a lab.

Why is company taking money in online purchase and then checking stocks. This is unethical as other online selling companies show out of stock option. How can amway company be responsible for customers interest loss.

Store closing time of Amravati (Maharashtra) on Saturday is 3:30 PM but when I reached to store at 3:05 PM then they told me that " he closed their servers i.e. he sign out his profile " . Therefore I couldn't purchase my products ...
Also there is miss behavior with my mother, when my my mother asked to employee that we are only 5 minute late then can you please do me my shopping then they refused me ...

missing product in delivery box.

I have take delivery of my order but while i open the box i found that 1 iteam missing in box. My complaign nuber aie-372775-t0t3d7... After 8 days of my complaign compny did not give me solution. I have no axpect this kind of service from amway.. I have done payment of my order befor delivery but after delivery 1 g&h body shampo big bottle missing so i have lost my trust on amway compny.

When the delivery came it was opened and was wet and 5 products in the box was missing so kindly resend all products or take it or refund it. Withdraw money from customer bank account and purchase amway products without notification and permission

I had placed an order with amway - order number[protected] which had 3 items in it... I got delivered only 2 itesm and immediately i raised it in an email to them thru the website...
After receiving no response for nearly a week, i sent another email...
I then called up customer support and they assured me that someone will get in touch with me... No action and today nearly one month down the line i am currently on line with a customer support executive sowmya who has taken down my reminder complaint ref no 35428462 and has kept me on hold for more than 20 minutes as i demaned to speak to a supervisor citing various excuses as supervisor busy, in a meeting etc etc,... As i am writing this i am still on hold for a supervisor to speak to regarding my grievance 21 minutes into the call...
Really disappointed with this shoddy customer service from one of the respected "global brands"...

My self Jagdish I am 23 year old I am suggested by physician for using amway multivitamin. After its 7day o[censored]se I got lots of pimples on my face and extreme lavel of sweating after using this product . I just want to refund my money .My contact no [protected].

Refund not received and unethical behaviour of Amway representative

I had bought certain Amway products from their store with the help of their counsellor and representative with Distributor Number[protected], Name - Yamuna.
The products did not suit me and I had to return the same. I went to the store on 23/01/2017 but was not aware of the process. We need ABO/ Distributor Number for returning the products. First, the lady was reluctant to share her ABO number and was rude as well. On being forced she shared her number, and the return amount was supposed to be credited to her account by Feb 2017, 1-2nd week. I was just given a credit note as proof.
However, its been 2 months now and in spite of several reminders the lady has not returned the due amount. She is not able to do online transfer to my account or to any online wallets saying she is not aware of them, though she works in a reputed IT company (HP).
Please help me with this as I tried reaching Amway Support and they were asking me to verify about the representative details which I am not aware of. Needless to say no help from their end.

I have purchased nutrilite product worth more than 100PV from my online account ABO[protected], with order no[protected], invoice no-[protected], dated 14/02/2017. A free product is also to be delivered (offer was valid at that time) which is Nutrilite strolley-cum-backpack for buying nutrilite worth RS 9931. When the products were delivered the item was in the invoice but the backpack was missing. I wrote several mails regarding this matter but receive no response.
So due to non-responsive nature of such big brand image company i will be filing FIR against them if i don't receive any communication from the compant regarding this matter.

Defective product - nutrilite alfalfa calcium plus 113 n (Tablets)

I purchased 08 bottles of nutrilite - calcium tablet bottles from bhubaneswar company branch outlet vide invoice no. Or[protected] dated 29.9.2016 vide order no.[protected] through the company agent i. D. No.8978890 and paid the full amount @ rs.693/ per bottle to the agent and got the product.
On opening of the bottle, i found an acute odoriferous bad smell came out and the tablets could not be consumed. I reported the matter to the company through the concerned agent and finding no result; i made complain in my e-mail dated 13.01.2017 and received a call from no.[protected] and a mail from the company to return the product through the agent for quality check up. As such, the agent deposited one opened bottle and 07 sealed & packed bottles with one mr. Chittaranjan behera of the company at bhubaneswar branch.
I made repeated reminders on the matter and requested for replacement of the defective product immediately in my mails dated 19.01.17, 22.01.17, 24.01.17, 28.01.17 and 02.02.17. But to my utter surprise, there was no response on the matter. But received an e-mail, that the matter is under active consideration.
I could not find any reason for not making replacement of the product for the 07 unused, unpacked and sealed bottles in spite of my repeated requests.
Finding no other alternative, i send one legal notice in my mail dated 10.02.2017 to the company to refund the amount paid for the product through the agent with in seven days or else to move to the consumer court.
I request for immediate solution in the matter and refund of the amount.

Dealers remove price and bar coding from product

Some dealers remove all the bar coding and price from the amway product such as protien, daily to gain maximum profit.
I request you to do enquiry on this as soon as possible.
Moreover, expired product were sold by removing its info.
Amway daily were sold mostly by some dealers without bar code whereas the company ensures that product were sold with full information and secret coding.

Dear sir, I want to apprise you of the fact that in spite of my repeated complaints regarding delayed delivery of items after delivery sms on my phone, I am facing this problem again in regard to order no[protected] which was placed on[protected]. Dear sir, I want to intimate you that I received my order delivery sms on my mobile on[protected] but I have still not got my item up till[protected]. whenever I place any order, such kind of problem is faced by me again and again. I am very aggrieved to mention that such problem regarding previous orders has been already reported to you by writing to you and I have been also assured that no problem will be faced by me in the coming future time regarding delivery of items. I always receive delivery sms on my phone but item is mostly delivered to me after one or more weeks of delivery sms. slackness and carelessness of courier service should be also investigated to entangle this again and again occurring problem. I hope requisite steps will be taken to solve it and my this complaint should be also referred to higher authorities for taking effective steps to eliminate this problem forever. I hope that I will not need to write to you regarding such problem in coming future.

I have ordered Protein Powder (500 gm) amount Rs. 1999/- on 4th July 2016 but neither product nor my money have been returned till date. Last month one Agent of our region have been told that money will be deposited to my account with my commission, is still awaited. And few days back I inquired, they said the product will be delivered to my home very soon but no any response as on date.

Am an ABO in Kumbakonam-Thanjavur district-Tamilnadu.I need to complaint about karthik who is working in amway pickpoint office kumbakonam.His activity is not nice and also the behaviour tis is the complaint from many of the ABO in kumbakonam.He is not giving respect to the ABO's and also his colleagues in office.So warn him as soon as possible.

I have placed an order on 21/07/2016 for glister toothpaste. Called and mailed several times and yet the product is not delivered. This is your new distributor sonali vishwakarma. Ada no. Is 11534212. I need to inform you that on 4th may i have visited amway office of isbt bhopal (Madhya pradesh) near hotel rajhans. And i have purchased total of 4980 cost products including hair scalp tonic worth rs.1590. And when i opened the bottle at home it was used & opened. I went to the office to return it back but the employes were very misbehaved specially mr. Wasim posted operation manager there. He said approval is needed to return d purchased item. I cant understand your policies. Very bad experience, so much disappointed. I left the bottle at the office only without my money back or new bottle back. Now i want my hair scalp tonic delivered at my home address. I'll never purchase any amway product in future. Also never suggest to people.
