My lift no L.N.7063 had been installed on 20.10.20201 at H.no 741, sector 47, Gurugram and my Free Annual Maintenance period is over on 31.10.2021. But till now I have not get any quote for further AMC. I have contacted Mr. Vibhore sale representative, Gurugram, but quote is not received. It should be provided by company before expiring of previous period. In case of any problem, M/s Johnson should be responsible for the same. I request you...

I myself, my wife and son were travelling from Delhi to Jammu Tawi on[protected] via train no.04051/ANVT AC SPL which is a AC train.
Our pnr number was [protected] and compartment number was G-13.
The AC in this particular compartment stopped working at 4am and despite our repeated complaints the same was not fixed till we reached the destination at 12.45 as the train was late by 3.30 hrs ..We could not sleep nor sit in such...
