In my society Rajat vihar Sector 62 noida 201301. One of the person lives in b 108 ground floor near gym park always beat dogs and break their food and water bowl and when anyone give them food he told me to put poison in their food and kill them. No action has been taken against him till yet. The condition of 2 dogs near that area is very poor they both are very ill and in constant pain. If condition persists they both will die....

I live on mohini road dalanwala dehradun. There is this person mr. Rautela who has been feed the stray first, now beating them so brutally. The strays are fed by everyone here the kids play with them they have been around here for over 2 years. Yes they bark at strangers which is natural and helps us know someone is in the area. I save them but alone it's difficult. I need some help....
