I paid for 5 weeks program. After 1st week service, vile parle centre is closed . I contacted through website. One of the representative assured that my issue will be resolved but nothing is done. My money is wasted, services not delivered by the health total

    I purchased a product from anjali mukerjee health total online site : https://shop.health-total.com/ on 9th, may 2020 via upi payment. But, i have not received the item till now and it's been 3 weeks since i ordered it. I had sent a mail to their customer support ([protected]@health-total.com), requesting the delivery details, but they did not respond to it either. Now i feel cheated by the company and want to register this complaint for defrauding me as a customer.
    Payment confirmation details: your a/c no. Xxxxxxxx20 is debited for rs. 415.00 on[protected]:30 and credited to a/c no. Xxxxxx[protected]Upi ref no[protected].

      Respected sir,

      1. I have registered my wife mrs. Vandana lamba for 3 months diet program at janak puri centre of health total at cost of rs 10000. She got ill after first day only by taking the medicine given by the doctor shivani. Further, she got allergy on whole face and body after taking the medicine. After meeting the doctor, she said discontinue the medicine and just follow the diet plan. The complete incident is in knowledge of mr sunny kathuria who has informed me to report the same to concerned authority and he didn't took any action.

      3. Further, when my wife was taking just diet plan, she got ill again due to the bran specifically provided by this centre. As a result, she again met the doctor who advised her to replace this bran with normal wheat. I have already told the same to mr. Kathuria but he says he is helpless and again didn't took any action.

      5. Further, i would like to inform you that inspite of repeated request to the centre and concerned operation manager mr. Sunny kathuria, no action has been taken yet.

      6. Hence, i feel using this forum to spread awareness about such frauds would be a noble deed. Hence, i request you to take strict action against such franchise immediately.

        cheating/ no refund of fees

        I took the fifteen week package with borivali shimpoli centre. I was promised an assured 10-12 kg weight loss.in total 10 weeks i did not lose a single kg the weight fluctuated and never come down even by 2 kg also they claim to work without crash diet but my food chart was reduced to munge chilla for lunch and i just salad for dinner. They just keep on changing there dietician with no experiences and secondly the new dietician hardly bother...
