Places an order via a FB link for Linen Shirts and when the courier delivered it was 2 used kids trousers.

Luckily I had opted for COD and opened the shipment to find this fraud and then the courier who claims he is from Amazon started verbally abusing me and then kicks my office door and threatens me.

I had to throw him out and have him the shipment neatly packed. He kept...

I ordered 4 linen shirts with size of XL and I paid 1200for it ordered using Instagram today my product is taken by me after I opened the package I got shocked because of I am getting 3 different shirts with different sizes and badly damaged and used product.please take my complaint as serious action and give my refund as early as possible please...

I ordered 4 shirts on BRAND CLOTHING website on 19.08.2023. This package was packed from ANSH TRADERS and delivered by AMAZON SHIPPING.
The Price of the Product was Rupees 1, 198. Today (25.08.2023) i recieved the package. On that they have packed 3 Used shirts.
they have delivered me the wrong product. I have lost my money on this ###... ALL were FRAUDS.. I need my money back....

Yesterday I complained about one issue mentioned below and then I got a call from some no. Displaying customer care. He asked me about the issue and i explained him everything. He asked me to download an ISL Light app from play Store when I refused to do he Abused me and my mom badly and hanf my phone. I want a strict action to be taken. It hurts my degnity. I want to file a complaint of 6 lakhs rs for abusing me and putting me in a shocking...

I had opted for cash on delivery & paid Rs.1198/-
I need you to take strict action against such fraud company & its shocking how Facebook & Amazon Delivery has been the platform which is most trusted.

They sent a used item instead of a new one...

The Product was ordered via the Instagram post which showed the premium linen pack of 3 shirts @1198. The order was placed on 14th August and confirmation was done by Amazon shipping with the Tracking ID number (Images and details attached below).It was a COD mode of payment.
The order was delivered on 18th of August (payment details attached).Upon opening the product the shirts were of very sub-standard quality, used and defected.br...
