Sub: Trading from demat account by the RM of the ASHIKA STOCK BROKING LTD without permission
Sir ,
I am a demat account holder of ASHIKA STOCK BROKING LTD. I was requested to open an account over telemarketing call and subsequent domestic visit by the relationship manager (RM) Atanu Sengupta of the company. But after opening the account I found that trading were being done without my permission and knowledge. Trading confirmation...

i had a account in ashika stock broking ltd
in options i was charged at 2.25% brokreage for turnover on both sides
which i was agreed
but suddenly from 16th oct to 23rd oct they charged me blindly asmore as 15% brokerage
when i noticed i contacted to my sub broker mr jagdish mukhiya
he told me they have charged by mistake and it will be refunded.
but they are not refunding the amount almost 4 months...
