This is ashok here put up in visakhapatnam. Yesterday i made a order in swiggy and paid through netbanking, money got debited but order was not placed due to some problem. So i checked on net for swiggy customer care number and some sites poped up. The shop will be closed at the working hours and if opened he will be closed early. The owner of the ration shop has many other businesses and is fully involved in those businesses, and so he has no time open the ration shop on time. Called customer care they just keep saying update service center number and change handset... I did sevral time but they are not beliving and keep saying repit it again and again... From last 10days my problem not resolved... They are not taking complain nor providing solution... They are behaving like fool and not trying to help me in any way... Very bad product from evok, just a year completed for the cot bought from jayanagar-bangalore store. The delivery took relatively longer time - bad service and wrong promises again.

Now the cot is completely termite infected and not in a condition to use, to get the evok technician to attend to this problem took one week which gave no results. After reading many complaints on the blogs, no confidence that i ever get a response...
