I booked a flat with Assotech Limited in 2015 & its been almost five years now the construction work not yet started & that's why I asked them for the refund but they never process the same, just wasting my time & hardworked money. Kindly do the needful immediately....

I had booked flat in Assotech The Nest in 2013 and Builder promised for Possession 30 June 2015. Event after more than year of Possession date Builder yet not started the construction of building.

Also, had communication with GDA (Ghaziabad Development Authority), this (The Nest) is not Authorized one.

I am worried that if it is not Authorized how HDFC bank had sanctioned the Loan....

Assotech's windsor court in sec 78 is delayed by more than 2 years and there is still no date given to several residents. When asked for compensation, even that is getting denied. Many meetings have taken place but Assotech management is providing new dates everytime. Also, the commitments related to parking area have modified over time without informing the customers who have bought the apartment. In case of 1875 sq ft apartment,...

'Assotech Limited' is not ready pay any compensation/interest of amount I paid against Flat No 014( NEST Tower G) which I booked on 21 Jan 2012, yet construction is not started and my possession date is 30.06.2015 . Even 'Assotech Limited' not ready to pay my paid amount before 3-4 months....
