Hi,

Iv been stopped on multiple occasions by the traffic police during their start and end of month "fine collection drives" and asked to produce documents when i have not even broken any law. When i ask them what law I have broken they tell me i have a modified exhaust for my bike when mine is clearly the stock exhaust and other reasons like my bike was reported stolen.
Why are traffic cops illegally stopping people...

Being somebody very new to the city. I am first of all very disappointed to see the road arrangements in Bangalore. For eg. On a certain crossing at Inderanagar Nagar all three sides have a flow and the fourth one is temporarily blocked with no signs or a policeman to show the way. Normal travel to indiranagar is through st johns hospital circle, i got an notice regarding using mobile while riding bike, but my mobile will always be in my bag while riding my bike, as it is my routine habit. Notice number is 33949180 dt[protected]:58 am for an amount of 1000/- and place mentioned as sarjapura hosur road junction.

When i have kept my mobile in my bag and no hands free is used then how it is been used...

I saw around 5 fine on my bike yamaha MT15(KA 41 ER 0350) for signal jump in deve gowda petrol bunk junction, as I travel on the flyover I don't think I can do signal jump as its below the flyover. Please can you check over it and if actually I jumped the singal send me the visual proof so that I can believe too.

I want to file complaint against traffic police towing vehicle no. Ka 05 ae 8880 running by its officer and staff, against illegally tow my bike from inside road, and they collected 1650 against receipts no. C/12/1071/34809 dated 08.03.2020.

They damage my bike badly, they broke my indicator, bike was disk lock,
They damage the lock and rear disk plate, they mash lock between inside part, they broke left side body frame....

Today traffic police towed my bike which was parked at the parking area, there was no sign of no parking board, the only board was b-track and my bike was inside the line where many other bikes were parked. Today at 2 pm i went to collect my bike from the station where a random person came near me and was asking 1000rs and he mentions he will release the bike, he also had to collect money from many other people and left them, i wanted the...

I parked my bike in no parking today and I was near my vehicle itself. Without announcing my vehicle number and without the siren or indicator to remove vehicle from no parking, they took my bike and went away.

Hi, i’m a daily commuter on the indiranagar metro in bangalore. I travel to the metro in my two wheeler from home each morning, park it there and travel to work through the metro. There is a “designated” parking lot next to the station that is always full by 9.15 am and i have to park my vehicle near the adjacent road. Two days in this past week, my vehicle has been towed stating the no parking boards that that put their the last weekend....

I was fined 1000 inr yesterday for over speeding at nagarbhavi main road (3 lane road) for riding my motorbike at 66 kmph speed (The officer did not show me the speed detected on the meter). The time was 3:39 pm and there was very less traffic. It is nearly impossible to drive there within 50 kmph (The speed limit as i was told by the officer who fined me). It defies natural logic.

I am fined for traffic violation for which traffic police not able to show the proof. If i ask the proof they are telling me to go to tmc office near vidhana soudha. For sure i have not done any violation as on violation date i was not in bangalore as it is seen on my google timeline too. If they collect fine then they should be showing proof but traffic police says i have to pay the fine or he will seize my bike....

Beware of parking in busy roads, if you visiting a hotel, most hotels in such busy places have valet parking, please avail it. There are no visible 'no parking' signs but they tow the vehicle away and the fine is rs 2000. They know the spots where these incidents could happen and come to tow vehicles away from such spots only and at odd hours when there is no congestion. Enforcement is important but not to inconvenience a tax paying citizen....

I was stopped by a cop who was hiding behind a tree and waiting for people to break the rules and then stop them and grab some money.

I was stopped and asked to pay 700 fine for no reasons, and i was not in situation to argue with the bloody cops as i had some work.

On 28th of december 2018 at sadasivanagar main road traffic signal, i took a left turn thinking that it would be a free left as always possible.

I stopped my vehicle on road to withdraw cash from atm. By the time i came the towing vehicle came and pick up my vehicle i requested not to take the vehicle and the traffics police demanded 1100/- or else come to court. Do we have that high fee for no parking place n is it elegible to pay fine just to withdraw cash from atm as there is no parking place....

My car was towed away even though there was no “No Parkin Game” sign. The official could easily lock the car and taken a photo but instead they towed away the car with no information left as to where we can find it.
We spend 30 minutes finding the car which was left unmanned in a side road similar to the one we parked on.

Hi,

All buses and autos stop/park near the banashankari signal (Towards kaderanahalli) on the road and when the signal is green we are unable to cross the signal and get struck in the signal multiple times.
Request bangalore traffic police to do the needful to clear the traffic in the above said location to avoid inconvenience the other commuters.

Please make sure that "no parking" sign pole is properly visible.
Today i have to pay fine, i parked my bike in front of spar hypermarket at adugodi bannergatta main road. There is no "no parking" sign on pole around, it's been attached to neighbor gate at the height of just 2-3 feet above ground level.
