Booked a Tea Set (Order No. 103616, Dated 13 December 2021 ) from Bellerose.in website for ₹199 and made a payment through online mode, my money got deducted from my account but didn't received any intimation of booking a bicycle from the company asked for refund but got no response, I need my money back. Please help me and resolve it ....

Booked a bicycle from Bellerose.in website for ₹1499 and made a payment through online mode, my money got deducted from my account but didn't received any intimation of booking a bicycle from the company asked for refund but got no response, I need my money back. Heavy penalty shall be imposed on such culprits who are behind this...

I had paid Rs.1499/- on[protected] through net banking for a cycle but till now I did not receive any status...

Sir, I have a book yamah home theatre as on 25 of dec 2021. But no order booked msg received.and no update till time regarding order....
