Hello,
I have booked the Bus TIckets from Nasik CBS to New Shivajinagar Pune. Money got Deducted but no ticket is issued, I have my bus today only by 19:00 PM. Pl. refund the amount deducted immdtly.

Major issue is we are unable to contact any one from website contact helplines since all numbers are unoperational. Question arieses where we should compliant for such issues. Ealier also same issue has arried 3-4 times....
