Please send dog catchers to my area...as many dogs are iritating daily...

I have transferred a sum of 1, 000 rupees from my PNB account to Paytm wallet at 24 dec morning, The money is debited from the bank account, but the transaction from bank to wallet is still showing in process.
How much time it will take u to transfer ?
What the hell is going with u team Paytm ?

I am bhuvan from porur. Near Lakshmi nagar Anna street. We are having severe street dogs problem in our area. Most of the kids are playing outside and dogs are serious threat especially Anna streey. Bikers are not able drive properly. Request to take action plz.
