First off the counselor will brainwash you with sugar-coated words and polished English .. Lure you into enrolling your kid to their so called program. They promise to deliver and also promise on money back/refund upon dissatisfaction... once you enroll your kid, the counselor acts like he no more exists ..he ghost you when u try to contact him/her... tea her whi led the demo also doesn exists once the enrolment is done.. and tour journey...

I worked there as an English language trainer.
