Had ordered a mini refrigerator worth 10k, haven't recieved and text, mail, call, or the product after the day of order confirmation....

I order a washing machine on 3rd July 2022 but delivery has not been received by today....

I ordered mobile on 9th July and I paid for it because there is no option of COD so I paid ₹30999 but till now i haven’t received any confirmation message or tracking I’d or any details about the product so I contact them on their number but number has only 9 digits and I also mail them but got no reply from them . Help to recover my money …
