I ordered a meal for 2, one veg and other non veg burger, however the staff at Burger King Modi road has packed both veg and non veg burger in non veg box, which led to confusion and made my vegetarian family member eat a non veg burger. I had called the outlet to report this and the staff were least bothered and lied about was unacceptable.

This kind of customer treatment was not expected from a brand like burger king. I want...

First of all, I do not eat all this junk food of burgers and pizzas. Still recently I checked out Burger King in pimple saudagar pune. On their menu, there are 2 items Veg Whooper & Boss Whooper.
I ordered Veg Whooper. The person at the counter asked, normal or spicy. Obviously I have ordered Veg Whooper so the choice is expected to be within the same product. i.e. Veg Whooper normal or Veg Whooper Spicy.

Ordered burger's from "burger king" (Hyderabad) from swiggy, and received badly burnt patties for two burgers (Whooper and boss whooper).

I did contact to swiggy regarding it, and got refunded, so no complain for swiggy.

But the issue is that the quality of the food isn't being maintained by "burger king".

Please do a proper check-up on the food quality served by burger king so that future incident...

I have ordered for burgers on burger king using debit card mode of payment. 328 has been debited from my account and then i got a message that the outlet i choose is not valid - in short burger king did not accepted my request because of invalid outlet
