I have purchased and registered 20×50ft plot got possession in 2010 . Name transfer was not done due to lack of submission of development charges by champu ajmera to government. For which government has caesed 30 plots for auction. I am one of the sufferer nobody is cooperating to get rid out of the problem. Government should understand our problem to give us justice...

I have Purchased a Plot (30 X 50 ft) 1500 sq ft from Phoenix Dev con pvt. ltd. Indore and done the registry and name transfer everything in 2010 but till date they do not provided allotment of that plot. People had complaint many time for that company but till now no action done by Indore police. The owner of that company Ritesh (Champu) Ajmera has cheated many peoples and police is getting many complaints but no action done till date against...
