CHD Developers Complaints & Reviews

We booked a flat in chd vann project and paid all the payment on time. As per builder buyers agreement duly signed on 20-oct -2014, possession date expected was 20-oct-2018 (42 months + 6 months grace period).
Every time they make false promises to provide the possession. I am fed up with their commitments and want my money back with full refund....

We bought a property in chd karnal (Villa no. 764) in 2014 which was committed to be given to us within 2 years of time. My bank kept on paying all the money to developers regularly out of the loan but construction was not upto the mark. Till date we have not seen any growth any construction and company people are not responding to us. The whole amount of loan as per the agreement has been issued but no commitments been fulfilled by the developers....

sft area in CHD in the year of 2013 in pre launch (as per govt rule pre launch is illegal) without
complete approvals of project in all respect from govt authorities.

I AM CUSTOMER OF CHD DEVELOPERS. I BOOK THE VIILA 3 YRS AGO. THEY TO COMIT THE STAIRS IN VILLA IN KARNAL. I PAY AMOUNT. BUT THEY DO THREE TIMES BHUMI PUJAN TILL LAST WHEN THE COMPLETED IN LAST FEB 2011. THE TAKE INTERST OF 38,00,000. AND COST OF VILLAS IS 32,40,000.
