I have received the City Bank Credit Card (Card No.[protected]) in the month of July-2007. I made two transaction of Rs.1170 & Rs.400, and issued the Cheque No.165710 of Rs.1170 & Cheque No.165711 of Rs.400 before the due date only. I Nisha Karan Thakur was having a City Bank Credit Card No. [protected], which I have fully settled on 17/04/2003 as per the receipt No. CCC 3795, but still more than one lakh outstanding is showing against me on City Bank Credit Card No. [protected] which I have never received yet or in past.

My Complaint is that.

I had made payment (12-Feb-2008) of minimum amount (7500 Rs) to city bank executive (Collection Agency Address :- Spanco Telesystems and Solutions Ltd. 96-97, Udyog Vihar, Phase 4 Gurgaon -122016 Ph :[protected] and yet they cannot deposit that amount in my credit accoount.
