I ordered a wreath, paid for it in advance with my credit card. The wreath was not delivered to the church. Since 2 months I am struggling to get a proper reply from this company for a refund but they simply ignore my mails....

Hello, I have ordered a wreath from above company but the wreath has never reached the church. I have been trying to solve this matter with this company since the last 2 months, but this company is just ignoring my e.mails. Appreciate, if you can assist and advise me, how to go about and to get my refund....
