Recharge amount deducted twice from account

I did my Airtel prepaid recharge of 479/- but amount deducted twice from my account

Pleass refund my excess deducted amount as soon as possible...

When we power on the Surface then no display and light is present on keyboard and have checked with external monitor and display is coming on external Monitor and its internal LCD is blank....
