Tdr cancelation rejected

Address: J block ashok vihar phase 1

I have been travelling from dehli nizamuddin to gwalior junction but the train was more than 3 hours late so I decided to travel by another train so as chart was prepared so I filled a tdr as per rules and guidelines but it was rejected so please convey it as It was my grandfather funeral cremation.
